MegaPC was founded over 25 years ago in Alburitel, central Portugal, with a clear mission: bringing enterprise-grade technology to businesses. With 4 physical stores — Alburitel (HQ), Leiria, Caldas da Rainha and Ourém — and over 600 business clients, we became official SAGE and ZONESOFT partners, with more than 100,000 device repairs and 5,000 hours of technical support delivered.
Megorix is the result of decades of hands-on experience. We built our own modular ERP platform because we know the real challenges businesses face — first-hand. Our team develops, implements, and maintains every module to measure for each client. From small businesses to large enterprises, Megorix scales with your ambition.
Who builds Megorix: the MegaPC team
Megorix is developed and operated by MegaPC Informática e Software, Lda., headquartered in Alburitel, in the municipality of Ourém, Portugal. It is the same company that has spent more than 25 years bringing technology to businesses, repairing equipment and providing technical support from its shops in Alburitel, Leiria, Caldas da Rainha and Ourém.
The team working on Megorix is the one that analyses, configures, develops and maintains each system: there is no intermediary partner between the people who make the software and the people who adapt it to your business. The same team connects Megorix to the invoicing software a company already uses — MegaPC is an official Sage and ZoneSoft partner and builds connections to Primavera and PHC.

How a Megorix project runs, from demo to support
Every project follows the same steps and is handled, from start to finish, by the same people:

Demo. In about 30 minutes, we show you Megorix applied to your kind of business and find out what you need to solve.

Analysis and quote. We analyse the process, the data you have today and the software Megorix needs to talk to. Any custom development is only quoted after this analysis.

Configuration and development. We configure modules, fields, rules and pages; when the builder is not enough, we write custom code inside the platform itself.

Testing before live data. Changes are prepared in an isolated test environment and only move to production once they have been checked. The data you already have can be imported into Megorix.

Go-live and ongoing support. After go-live, support comes from the team that built your system, and the changes your business asks for are made without stopping work.

Where Megorix data is stored and how it is protected
The data your company enters into Megorix belongs to your company. MegaPC processes it only to provide the service, never sells it or uses it for advertising, and you can export it or ask for it to be deleted at any time, within legal retention obligations.
- Infrastructure and database hosted in the European Union, in Paris (France), with Cloudflare as the content delivery network and protection against attacks.
- Each company's data isolated from everyone else's at database level (Row Level Security).
- Passwords stored encrypted and connections always made over HTTPS.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) that every user can turn on for their account.
- Payments processed by Stripe, without full card details being stored on Megorix servers.
- Artificial intelligence providers used only when your organisation turns on the AI features.
- Data processed in line with the GDPR and, for people in Switzerland, the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG).
