A dry run shows the result before anything is saved. Each row is identified by a key, such as the tax number or the reference, so loading again updates instead of duplicating, and related records are linked to each other.

From then on, everyday uploads go through quick import, depending on your plan — up to 5,000 rows per file —, and any list exports to CSV or Excel.
Team permissions: who sees which records and which fields
Each role sets, entity by entity, who reads, creates, edits and deletes, which modules appear in the menu and, field by field, who sees and who edits. A hidden field never even reaches the screen of someone who isn’t allowed to see it.
Record visibility goes further, depending on your plan: on an entity, each person can see only the records that are theirs, and specific grants open one team’s records to another — the sales reps of a region see that region’s customers, management sees them all. You can also give access to outside companies, such as a partner or a subcontractor, who only see what belongs to their organization. These rules apply in lists, search, the API and the AI.
