Integrations with the ERP and invoicing software you already use
Your ERP, your accounting software, your POS or any other system — Megorix exchanges data with what your company already runs, so nobody types the same information twice.
Integrations with Primavera, PHC, Sage 50c and ZoneSoft
How the integration works: APIs, webhooks and files
There is no ready-made connector to install for every program — and we do not pretend there is. Megorix has its own integration layer, and MegaPC uses it to build exactly the connection your company needs:
Connections to external APIs. Credentials are stored encrypted, with API key, Basic, Bearer or OAuth 2.0 authentication.
Event-driven sends. When something happens in Megorix — an order is created, an invoice is issued — the data goes to the other system in the format it expects.
Inbound webhooks. The other system tells Megorix when something changes, with its signature or key verified, and the record is created or updated.
External data sources. A Megorix list can show data read straight from an external API, without copying it.
Server scripts. For logic no mapping covers: custom code triggered by an event, on a schedule or by a button.
Files over FTP, FTPS or SFTP. For the systems that still exchange files instead of talking through an API.
A log of every exchange. Every send is recorded in Megorix; one that fails stays visible and can be retried.
Who builds and maintains each integration
The MegaPC team — the same one that develops Megorix — looks at your process: which data has to move, in which direction and when.
Then it builds the connection in Megorix, tests it in a test environment before it touches real data and keeps an eye on it once it is live. When the other system changes, the same team adjusts the connection.
Common questions about ERP and invoicing integrations
Yes, as long as that software can exchange data — through an API, webhooks or files. MegaPC builds each connection for your case: together we decide which data moves, in which direction and when.
No. Each integration is built by the MegaPC team on the Megorix integration layer — API connections, event-driven sends, inbound webhooks, external data sources and server scripts. That is what lets us connect exactly the data that matters to you.
Whatever the other system allows to be exchanged — for example customers, items, prices, stock, orders, invoices or payments. What moves, in which direction and when is decided with you.
Every exchange is recorded in Megorix. A send that fails is flagged and can be retried, so no data gets lost without anyone noticing.
Yes — any system that exchanges data through an API, webhooks or files (FTP, FTPS or SFTP) can be connected. Megorix also has a public REST API, so your developers can connect whatever they need; the pricing table shows which plans include it.
It depends on the system and on what needs to be connected. We look at your process first and only then give you a quote — talk to us.
