Business management app for your phone: Megorix wherever your team is
The same modules and the same data as on the computer, on screens designed for the phone — for whoever works in the field, in the warehouse or at the counter.
- Any module of your Megorix on the phone, with the data always in sync with the office.
- Screens adapted to the phone, not a cut-down version.
- Photos taken on site attached to the record — a repair, a delivery, a material request.
- Real-time notifications about what needs your attention, in the bell and the notifications list.
A business app for teams in the field, the warehouse or at the counter
A delivery marked as completed on the phone shows up in the office the same moment; a repair photographed on site keeps its photos on the record. It is the same system — not a separate app with separate data.
Use it in the phone's browser or add it to the home screen to open it like an app. On the Pro and Enterprise plans, a mobile licence lets the same person stay signed in on the phone and the computer at the same time.
How to add Megorix to the home screen on Android and iPhone
There is nothing to download from an app store. Megorix opens in the phone’s browser at the same address and with the same account as on the computer and, once added to the home screen, it gets its own icon and opens full screen, without the browser bar.
- 1
Your administrator requests a mobile licence for your account in user management — available on the Pro and Enterprise plans.
- 2
On Android, open Megorix in Chrome and choose “Add to Home screen” from the menu; on iPhone, open it in Safari and tap Share › “Add to Home Screen”.
- 3
Tap the icon and sign in with your account. That session belongs to the phone and stays open alongside the one on your computer.
- Without a mobile licence, the phone’s browser still works — but it shares the computer’s session: signing in on one ends the session on the other.
- For people who only work away from the office, a user can be invited with mobile access only, without a desktop seat.
Business management on a phone with no signal: what happens offline
Megorix works connected to the server: it doesn’t keep records on the phone to sync later, so without internet it neither opens nor saves. In return, nobody works on an outdated copy: what you see on the phone is exactly what is in the office.
In a warehouse, a basement or a building site with a weak signal, it is worth saving as soon as the connection returns. Attached photos are converted on the server to a lightweight format, with the longest side capped at 2000 pixels, and lose the camera metadata, including the location where they were taken.
Examples of teams using the business app in the field
At a transport company, the driver checks the day’s deliveries and marks each one as completed at the customer’s door; the office sees the status change without picking up the phone. At a construction company, the site supervisor attaches the day’s photos to the project and checks plans and permits without going back to the site office.
At a car repair shop, whoever receives the car photographs it on arrival and the pictures stay on the repair order. In real estate, the agent opens the property record before a viewing and logs the outcome right after; in retail, staff check an item’s stock at the counter.
All of this follows each person’s permissions, set in management, and the notifications that automation rules send reach whoever has to act.
Common questions about the mobile business app
Not necessarily: Megorix works in the phone’s browser. To add it to the home screen and keep a session of its own on the phone, you need a mobile licence, available on the Pro and Enterprise plans.
Each user has one open session at a time. With a mobile licence, available on the Pro and Enterprise plans, the same person keeps one session on the computer and another on the phone at once.
Yes. The phone reaches the same system as the computer, with the same data and the same permissions — what is recorded on one shows up on the other.
No. Megorix needs a connection to open and to save: there is no offline mode and no records stored on the phone to sync later. That way, the phone always shows the same data as the office.
Yes. When inviting a user, the administrator can give them mobile access only, with the mobile licence of the Pro and Enterprise plans — useful for drivers, technicians or site supervisors who don’t use a computer.
Yes. In a file field or in the record’s attachments, choose the photo from your gallery or, when the browser offers it, take it there and then. The server converts the image to a lightweight format and removes the location metadata.
