The Challenge
A technical service company handles dozens of repairs in parallel with several technicians working at the same time. Without a shared digital workbench, work orders lived on paper and Excel sheets — when a customer called asking about their equipment, no one knew its real status.
Lost RMAs, parts ordered and forgotten, two technicians picking up the same job. And on top of that, invoicing being transcribed by hand into the accounting system — duplicating work and introducing errors.
